Kesämekkokeli

Syksyn muoti pyörii jo mielessä ja pari kertaa olen tällä viikolla joutunut turvautumaan pitkiin housuihin, mustiin vahapintaisiin farkkuihin vieläpä. Olisin tänäänkin voinut valita harmaat shortsit ja violetin yläosan, mutta kun kerta lämpöä ja aurinkoa riitti, päätin ottaa kesämekkokelistä kaiken irti ja pukeutua vielä (ainakin) kerran suosikkikesämekkooni.

Mekkoon, joka kantaa suosikin titteliä jo kolmatta kesää ja jonka tarinan kerroin viime kesänä. Mekkoon, jota melkein en edes sovittanut ja jota en meinannut saada sovituskopissa päälleni, minkä vuoksi meinasin jo luovuttaa, koska eihän mekko ollut ehkä ihan minua muutenkaan. Mutta onneksi en luovuttanut, koska päälle saatuani totesin mekon ihan täydelliseksi!

Tämä on niitä vaatteita, jotka voi vaan puolihuolimattomasti heittää ylle ja näyttää heti viimeistellyltä ja tyylikkäältä. Tinkimättä kuitenkaan lainkaan mukavuudesta. Kesän suosikkiasusteihini yhdistettynä tämä onkin ollut yksi viime kuukausien käytetyimpiä asujani, joten oli jo aikakin saada se ikuistettua blogin puolelle!

The autumn fashion is already taking over my mind and this week I've even been wearing my wax coated skinnies for a couple of colder days. I could have gone for grey shorts and a purple top today, but as the sun and the warmth so graciously continues to delight us, I just had to go for something summery before it's too late! So once more I wore my absolute favorite summer dress.

The dress that holds on to that favorite title for the third year running and that's story I already told you last year. Yes, the dress that I almost didn't even try on and that I had trouble getting on at the fitting room, which nearly made me give up on it, cause it wasn't really what I thought I'd like anyway. Luckily I didn't give up, cause once it was on, it couldn't have been more perfect!

This is one of those clothes that you can just casually throw on and immediately look put together and effortlessly chic. Not to mention how comfortable it actually feels. Paired with my go-to accessories of this summer, this has been one of my most worn outfits of the past few months, so it was about time to finally get it on the blog too!
