Jee, jo toiset onnistuneet asukuvat putkeen! Uusi limenvihreä toppini suorastaan huusi kaverikseen harmaata ja sovitinkin sitä heti ensimmäiseksi näiden rusettishortsien kanssa. Asusta jäi silloin mielestäni uupumaan jotain ja se puuttuva palanen oli pelkistetty, mutta näyttävä hopeinen kaulakoru. Olin jo aiemmin esittänyt vienon pyynnön koruja tekevälle äidilleni toiveinani yksinkertainen hopeinen ketju, joka asettuu aikalailla pyöreään muotoon kaulalle ja ulkonäkö saisi olla jollain lailla massiivinen. Tällaisen ihanuuden lopulta sain ja se on prikuulleen sellainen kuin toivoinkin. Kiitos äiti! ♥
Yay, already the second set of outfit photos in a row that turned out well! My new lime green top looked like it'd be a perfect fit with something grey and the first garment that I tried it on with were these bow shorts. I felt like there was still something missing and that missing piece was a plain silver necklace. I'd already made a little request to my jewelry making mom wishing for a plain silver chain that sits quite round on the neck and looks somehow massive. Here's the beauty that I finally got and it is exactly how I wished. Thank you mom! ♥
Uunituoreen korun saatuani asukin pääsi vihdoin käyttöön. Nämä Vilan shortsit ovat suosikkilöytöjäni parin vuoden takaa. Tuskin olisin muuten harmaita shortseja ostanut, mutta tuo hauska rusettileikkaus edessä hurmasi minut täysin. Värinsä puolesta sopivat myös syksyyn sukkisten kanssa käytettäviksi. En tosin halua vielä uhrata ajatustakaan syksylle vaan nautitaan nyt kesästä niin kauan kuin sitä riittää!
After getting the brand new necklace, I finally got to wear this outfit. These Vila shorts are a favorite from a couple of years ago. I don't think I would have bought grey shorts otherwise, but I fell in love with that fun bow cut on the front. The color also makes it possible to wear them in autumn with tights. I don't want to waste a single thought on autumn yet though, so let's just continue enjoying the summer as long as it lasts!
